REAL ESTATE INVESTING - REINVENTED

When most people think real estate investing, the thought of owning a house and renting to tenants come to mind. At North72, we enable investors to enjoy all the benefits of real estate ie. security, growth, stability, and great returns in a passive structure without having to do any of the work. There are three ways we accomplish this:

INDIVIDUAL DEBT

Essentially the same process a bank uses to place a mortgage on a house. You as the investor become the lender and are secured against the title of the property. Typical investments are for one year and returns range from 6% – 12%.

POOLED DEBT

The same benefits of individual debt with diversification spread across a large pool of mortgages. Think of this as a mutual fund of mortgages but with no annual fees. Terms are usually one year, payments are monthly, and returns between 8% – 10%.

PRIVATE EQUITY

Private equity investment enables investors to become partners in large scale development projects and share in profits upon completion. Terms are usually 3-5 years with returns at 20%+ in line with the risk / return for an equity investment.

JOINT VENTURE

We’ve taken traditional buy and hold and added a twist while eliminating 99% of the headaches. By purchasing properties that have a pre-determined exit strategy (and price), we’re able to achieve investors returns in the 15-18% range annually.

HOW WE GOT STARTED

We saw an opportunity to teach people how to build long-term wealth using real estate so they could take full control of their financial future.

Mitch Parker and Reza Jafer are the two founders of North72 Real Capital. Mitch brings over a decade of experience in the real estate and mortgage investing space while Reza has built a successful resume in the Bay Street financial world.

Together, they saw that most clients had underperforming investment portfolios and weren’t satisfied with their “nest egg” needed for retirement. North72 Real Capital sought to educate the public about how to take control of their own financial futures and provide top rated investment opportunities using real estate and mortgages as the platforms to get there.
