NO ANNUAL FEES

Did you know that even small annual fees can have a huge impact on long term returns? We want you to maximize returns to build financial security and that’s why you’ll never see any fee payable to North72 when you invest through us.

ONE YEAR TERMS

Private mortgages typically carry much shorter terms than an institutional product. This gives you more freedom with your capital. If you’re happy with the strategy, simply roll from one mortgage into the next. We make the process simple.

FIXED RETURNS

In our private mortgages, payments are fixed each month. Structuring Investments this way allows you to create predictability. The more accurate financial projections you can make, the more retirement and long term goals seem achievable.

TITLE REGISTRATION

As a lender, your name is on title of the property as security. This gives us the legal right to sell the house on your behalf and get your capital back if payments stop. Our goal is for this to never happen (and it’s extremely rare it does) but having that protection is important.

Mitch Parker is the founder of North72 Real Capital. He brings over a decade of experience in the real estate and mortgage investing space.

He saw that most clients had underperforming investment portfolios and weren’t satisfied with their “nest egg” needed for retirement. North72 Real Capital sought to educate the public about how to take control of their own financial futures and provide top rated investment opportunities using real estate and mortgages as the platforms to get there.
